The lawmaker can find a way of overcoming the technical difficulties arising from the implementation of the law on the funding of electoral campaigns. However, defining a statute for political parties, which has become necessary given the proliferation of groups claiming to be so and asking for public financing, is a more difficult task since it must take into account constitutionnal requirements.
