Bruno JOBERT - Special interests today
Pouvoirs n°79 - Les groupes d’intérêt - novembre 1996 - p.21-35
The diversity of special interests is equal to the diversity of the institutions
through which producers – in particular wage-earners – are involved in the
process of political and social regulation. Today, it is neither possible nor
desirable to claim the death of special interests. Current developments
have put a spectacular end to certain forms of special interests, but they
have created new ones, often more decentralized, which may lead to a
renewal of the social contract.
