The law concerning political financing has changed the conditions of intervention of the electoral judge. He must now add to the traditional electoral litigation specific control procedures required by the policy-makers, while somewhat tempering their effects. This experience seems to indicate that it is desirable to adapt the legislative mechanism without changing it completely. Résumé
